The following Terms and Conditions for purchases such as LED flashlights, lithium ion batteries, chargers, solar panels, portable power, and accessories transacted on this web site apply.
WARRANTIES - GENERAL
All manufacturer warranties apply. Individual manufacturer warranties may differ by brand. Please check the manufacturer web site for details before purchase.
Batteries are considered consumable items which are subject to varying usable life depending upon usage and storage conditions. With average use and normal storage conditions, our batteries will normally last at approximately 5 years.
In the unlikely event that a battery fails and the Warranty center has been determined that it has not been misused or subjected to abuse for the duration of warranty period, the customer will be offered a pro-rata credit towards the purchase of a new battery.
While our flashlights are made to be as rugged and durable as possible, they are not “indestructible.” As a result, if a flashlight is dropped on a hard surface, it may suffer damage to its reinforced glass lens and/or internal electronic components. The customer is responsible for all damage caused by dropping or subjecting a flashlight to abuse or extreme conditions.
Do not attempt to disassemble or repair your flashlight, as repairs should only be made by a trained technician, and any damage caused by improper disassembly and/or reassembly of a flashlight is not covered by warranty. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs associated with a return for warranty service.
Illumenationz.com will pay to reship a flashlight to our customer following warranty service. If there is no defect or problem found, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
NITECORE WARRANTIES
Nitecore provides warranty service for all US customers who purchased Nitecore products from our store. See Nitecore warranty service for product warranty periods and warranty service terms and conditions.
Warranty claims are managed directly by Nitecore through their Distributors or directly from Nitecore. Nitecore provides warranty for all Nitecore OEM products. Any DOA / defective product can be exchanged for a replacement through a local distributor/dealer within the 15 days of purchase. Nitecore will repair any Nitecore product that has ceased to function properly within the period covered under the warranty.
Please refer to list below for warranty periods for different products and is subject to change without notice.

NITECORE WARRANTY TERMS
Limited lifetime warranty: Upon expiration of their respective warranty periods, all Nitecore products will receive continuing support through the limited lifetime warranty.
The limited lifetime warranty covers labor costs and maintenance with the exclusion of accessories or replacement parts.
During the warranty period, if the product has been discontinued and there are no available parts for repair, Nitecore will select a Nitecore product with similar performance or of equal value instead for replacement.
NITECORE WARRANTY DETAILS
1. NITECORE's authorized dealers and distributors are responsible for warranty service. Should any problem covered under warranty occurs, customers can contact their dealers or distributors in regards to their warranty claims, as long as the product was purchased from an authorized dealer or distributor.
2. Within 15 days of purchase, Nitecore will replace malfunction products with an upgraded model in the same series or one that of similar performance for customers if replacement can’t be made within due time when certain products are discontinued and cannot be repaired for some reasons.
3. Unauthorized third party repair and modification voids Nitecore’s warranty.
NITECORE'S WARRANTY SERVICE is rendered NULL AND VOID if:
1. Failure or damage caused by artificial destruction, unauthorized modification or reconstruction.
2. Failure or damage caused by improper use, storage or maintenance (for details please refer to the user manual)
3. Damage caused by battery leakage.
4. Damage caused by improper maintenance
5. Ordinary wear and tear/colour fading
NOTES If an item needs to be returned to us, you must obtain a RMA (Return Material Authorization) number first. illumenationZ, LLC will verify purchase once relevant information requested is provided. If purchase verification cannot be achieved, repair costs will be at the customer's expense.

Refund Policy
If you need to initiate a return, please use the Contact Us link to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.
Request must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase receipt. Be sure to explain with detail, including your name, your order number, purchase date, amount of each item you'd like to return, and the receipt's total in your message. Someone will respond as soon as possible via email. Instructions in the email may request photos and additional details before a decision is made regarding return eligibility. Product abuse, mishandling, or misuse are not eligible for returns, however, your satisfaction is important to us and we'll make every effort to make things right if your purchase doesn't meet your needs.
Return shipping is at customer's cost. Depending on the item and its availability, if your return is approved, you'll have the option to return or exchange your order. Please wait until confirmation for further instructions which will include packaging and shipping instructions. Shipping cost may or may not be covered by illumenationZ.
We will provide you with instructions for your return. Please DO NOT return ship the product without instructions to do so, in order to ensure that illumenationZ can know the product's association to the reason product is being returned, and what needs to be done next to remedy the situation at hand.
Please contact the Product Manufacturer regarding any warranty issues beyond 30 days or return requests not eligible for return. (Batteries are not returnable to illumenationZ, however, we will help you get support if your product is in its Warranty period and the product has malfunctioned. Repair costs may be at the expense of the buyer.)
We inspect all returned products and reserve the right to decline returns or exchanges after receiving product returned from the buyer. Other restrictions may apply.
illumenationZ, LLC drop-ships to locations within the The United States. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
